Work is under way at our most recent new build residential development in Shenfield, Essex.
Elevate Construction is building two four bedroom homes in a fantastic location in Shenfield, near Brentwood in Essex.
Due to the existing ground conditions, both plots have had piled foundations and the ground beams are now being formed. Progress has been excellent, thanks in no small part to the great weather we’ve been enjoying.
We’re looking forward to this residential new build scheme being out of the ground in the next week or two and the superstructure being started.
