Conversion of Two Large Barns and Farmhouse
This development consisted of four period building conversions along with all associated landscaping and external works.
The living space of the farmhouse was increased along with a new four bay cart lodge to the rear.
This dwelling was split from a single unit, into a semi detached unit.
The Maltings Barn was split into two dwellings and two new cart lodges were constructed for each unit.
The Tythe Barn had mezzanine floors added to create additional living space, along with a new cart lodge.
All five dwellings were completed with a premium finish including underfloor heating and contemporary bathrooms and kitchens.
