Groundworks are now complete at our new build residential project in Great Canfield, near Dunmow in Essex.
The prevailing ground conditions meant that piled foundations were necessary and the concrete ground beam was completed a couple of days ago. With footings complete, the carpenters will be on site within days to start stick building the timber frame.
More and more new build construction projects are being designed with piled foundations and concrete ground beams so it is brilliant that our groundworks team has so much experience in this field. It gives our clients much more peace of mind that they can entrust their entire new build construction project to us, from the first spade going in the ground to us handing over the keys to their new home, they can relax and let us take all the strain!
