Winter is always a tricky period in construction and we’ve been lucky here at Elevate Construction with so much of our workload being inside recently. As well as our residential new build projects, we’ve got a few interesting refurbishment projects on the go, both residential and commercial re-fits, so we managed to keep more than busy during the recent cold weather and snow.
It’s been great to have some warmer, drier weather over the last week so we can get on with our outside work too, particularly as a couple of our new build projects are close to completion.
Thankfully, the weather has been much warmer this week and even the odd daffodil has sprouted in the more sheltered spots. It was all looking so good, until another weekend of snow was forecast!
