As well as our residential new build and refurbishment portfolio, we undertake commercial construction projects as well and we have a very interesting commercial refit going on in Wanstead at the moment.
Our client asked us to convert an old joinery workshop into a state of the art childcare facility. The design included a new mezzanine floor built in steel and metal sections and a complete suite of staff offices and accommodations.
The project is moving along very well and completion is anticipated within a few weeks.
